Designed (and, as the designer describes, “redesigned four times“) The Lockdown Collection is a treasure chest of decadent, playful colours, carefree flamboyance and general delight.
“Harsh realities often give creatives new powers to find imaginative means of escape. Combine this desire with the mother of all clear outs and the discovery of 20 years of hidden sparkle, beaded designs, trims and yet to be unrolled fabrics and you have a collection made from regenerated ideas created with a fresh outlook, spun together with hope and optimism. Redesigned four times, each new take on the collection produced a more lively and colourful aesthetic with flowing volume, daring backs and puffs of tulle formed into styles to illuminate and seduce.
